• Communication records: correspondence and, when you use our SMS program, message content, delivery information, and records of consent and opt-out requests.
• Website technical information: our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the website.

Please provide only information needed for your inquiry or service request, and avoid sending sensitive personal information by ordinary email or SMS.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare requested quotes, coordinate logistics services, communicate service updates, provide customer support, maintain business records, protect our website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use SMS consent records to verify permission and respect messaging preferences. Mobile numbers enrolled in the SMS program are used for the operational and support texts you agreed to receive.

3. When information is shared

We may provide information needed to fulfill your logistics requests to carriers and other operational partners. We may also use providers for website hosting, email, and customer support, and disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

Competitive EC, a project of Ace Way Solutions LLC, does not share, sell, or rent customer mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data or consent to another business for its own messaging or marketing. All other sharing categories in this policy exclude SMS opt-in data and consent.

The limited exception is access by messaging service providers and telecommunications carriers solely to deliver and administer our messages on our behalf, or disclosure required by law. Such processing does not authorize another business to contact you independently.

4. SMS communications and consent

Competitive EC, a project of Ace Way Solutions LLC, sends logistics and customer-support texts only after affirmative opt-in. These may include dispatch and load details, shipment updates, appointment coordination, and responses to support requests. Providing your number or contacting us alone does not enroll you, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. After an opt-out, we may send one confirmation text. We retain the information needed to honor your opt-out and document consent. For full program details, see our SMS program terms.

5. Website technologies and external services

The website currently does not include an advertising pixel or analytics script. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to contact Google and disclose technical information such as your IP address. Our host may maintain server logs and use technologies needed for security and delivery. Third-party services and any external sites you choose to visit have their own privacy policies. Browser settings can help you control cookies and similar technologies.

6. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and honor communication preferences. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting admin@competitiveec.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain certain information for legal obligations or to keep honoring an opt-out. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP; you can continue contacting us by phone or email.

8. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

9. Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or practices. We will post the revised policy here with an updated date and provide additional notice when required by law. A policy update does not itself provide consent for a new type of text message.
